FIIIIIINAAAAALLLLLLLLYYYYY!!
Well, well, well. Today has finally come and Passion: Everything Glorious is on store shelves all across this fine nation. As we have heard, a few lucky campers got yours a bit early in the mail! But today's the day everyone can listen together--north, south, east and west--so let's turn it up and let the songs echo across the land!
I read a really great review today that really seem to grasp the heartbeat of what Passion and this CD are all about. The production is amazing, but not over-cooked, making the music great while holding onto the vibe we shared together in the GEC.
We'd love to hear your thoughts and any cool EG stories that are out there. And while we're here, can I just say thanks to a few people you might never meet, but who were priceless in the journey of bring this CD to you:
Producer, friend and musical genius-Nathan Nockels.
The CD was recorded and mixed by Shane Wilson.
Mark T. mixed the live sound at Passio06 and was joined by an amazing tech crew.
Brad O'Donnell helped shape the project on the EMI side.
Gary Dorsey is responsible for the cool pink and brown Passion06 logo, look and feel.
Shelley was the rock beneath it all and connected all the dots.
Every musician/vocalist who brought their artistry and passion to the table.
I know Chris, David, Charlie, Matt, Christy and Kristian will get much of the thanks...which they so deserve. But Everything Glorious was a family event, and many, many people made it happen. Thank you everyone, and thank you Jesus. You became nothing so that we could become glorious. There are not enough songs, moments, days, anthems to do you justice.
Turn it up!

PS-4/4 Update at 2:19 CST
Well, once again our friends at iTunes have left us wanting. It's not that we haven't given them lots of love during the past few months.....but we can't quite seem to launch without a flaw. A) the track listing is not there. You can find it at 268Store.com. itunes has added a 2 minutes glimpse video from 06 that we produced as a bonus.....it's amazing frames of the gathering for those of you who have been looking at pictures in your mind and would love to see some moving images again. B) the first track (Awesome Is The Lord Most High) skips. Bummer. Strong opening, huh? We are talking to our people, but things, as we have learned, move slowly at iTunes so I'm not sure when a fix will happen. I just downloaded and had the same problem. Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/musicstore/songs/ and fill out the form there. It's a bit of a pain, but let's let them know en mass what's up and see f they can speed along a solution. We apologize to all who have anxiously waited. Buy now. Enjoy the other 12 1/2 tracks and a refund and clean version will be on the way to you soon.

Louie,
The last line that you wrote is so, so true. What a great live CD-that actually sounds live. Thank you for all that you do for the Kingdom.
For about 30 minutes last night, I felt as if I was still back in Nashville, and I couldnt believe that it was April. It will moreso, however, serve to remind me of the purpose of my days now, and encourage me to live every moment for His Glory.
I am praying for you guys at GMA. How did Sunday night go at the Ryman?

Hey Louie, I"ve just got the Chritian Bookstore catalogue here today in Melbourne and on the front is "Everything Glorious "!!!!
Good for you ,bad for me.!!! I am waiting for our copy form the 268 Store as we thought it would be out later in Australia like the other Passion releases have been in the past.
Well done on getting front page coverage. Passion is just mushrooming and we pray that Jesus is glorified in all the wonderful new music.
By gail, at 4/04/2006 1:28 AM
How marvelous! How wonderful! Is my Savior's love for me!
So sweet to have such a treat in preparing for Easter!
But, still, I crave Jesus more, much much more, than listening to this CD.
Huge thanks to God for putting all of us on this planet together in just HIS perfect time! I so love my brothers and sisters (even the ones I haven't met yet:) And also a big thanks to all who have poured all their efforts into this project, and into all of us! I can't wait to share it with the world! Only 7 hours until work starts!!!

So I just went to itunes to see if Everything Glorious was available yet. Unfortunately, it was not. But, I was happy to see Chris Tomlin's Arriving CD under staff favorites. It was right next to the Brokeback Mountain soundtrack. It's awesome that music glorifying God is right up there as well!
By Anonymous, at 4/04/2006 2:49 AM
I can't wait for the CD!!!! it's 2:13 AM MDT and its not on itunes yet. what an exciting day though, 2 great CD's releasing on one day, I wonder if that was planned or just one of those things God did.
Louie has a good point that we also need to spend a moment to thank everybody that did the stuff behind the scenes to make the artists sound as good as they do. by the way louie what production software does passion use?

It's awesome, just been to Koorong to grab it after a long day at uni (in Adelaide it is 6:35pm on April 4 right now), come home and find it's not even on iTunes yet! To add insult to injury for all of you Americans waiting, it was on shelves at 9:00am here yesterday!
Currently up to track 4 and I already think it's one of the best P&W albums I have ... right up there with the all new Hillsong United Live "United We Stand" (big release 2 weeks ago) and last year's United and Passion albums.
It's a pity to see it is missing Kristian Stanfills' rendition of Joel Houston's "Salvation is Here," but I guess it's all right as I have the original United version.
It's high time we had the Passion crew come and do a massive tour here in Oz. We send our best (United band, PlanetShakers) over to you and now it's time to return the favour!
Happy listening for everyone when you do get it!

i pre-ordered 6 cd's to give away and bought 2 last week at Thirsty. So I am getting some together to send out to people all over so they can spread the word too. i should have asked you all for some inserts to put in these so the people I send to can help spread the word - i will make my own. I also need to order 1 more and send it to my brother in Australia at Hillsong church. He can spread the word there.
By Anonymous, at 4/04/2006 10:08 AM
I got mine at Wal-mart this morning on the way to work. The lady was putting out the new cd's and I had to ask for it because it was apparently still in the brown box. I asked if she had the new Passion cd and she looked in the box and said, "we have something called Everything Glorious." I couldn't turn it up loud enough. It's awesome. Thanks Louie.

I downloaded the album last night off of iTunes. I sat in my room listening to the songs remembering Nashville. Then I listened to Matt Redman's song. I have been singing that song to myself alot over the last couple of months. In February my dad got very sick. The doctors couldn't figure out why his heart was starting to beat so slowly. Then his heart would start racing. The doctors told us that they thought he had a heart attack and a brain tumor. I had to stay at the house with him every morning and make sure he was still breathing. I would sit in my living room and sing... " oh no You never let go.."... the night the Indescribable tour went to Auburn I drove there. On the way my mom called me and told me my dad was doing better and the doctors had said his heart was fine and the other symptoms were from a very rare allergic reaction to some medicine. My dad will tell you that God healed and there is no other reason he is doing as good as he is. I am still sing the song because of the truth that He never let go, through the calm or the storms.
By Anonymous, at 4/04/2006 10:19 AM
I downloaded the album but something happen to the file of the first song. The song keeps skipping. Does anyone know how to get in touch with iTunes about how I can download the song again without the extra charge?
Oh the album.... simply amazing....
By Anonymous, at 4/04/2006 10:59 AM
I received my CD in the mail yesterday.... Absolutely, wonderfully, gloriously, awesome music! Having been a volunteer at the corner of 7th and Broadway most of the week, I didn't get to see or experience most of the sessions, however, this brings back memories of the few that I did see. I can't wait for the DVD! Beautiful, God honoring, and LOUD praise! PARTY!

Thanks Passion for leading us into a revolutionary time on college campuses. The cd inspires me to renew my vision of what my senior year will be like next year. I have enjoyed every second of music on this cd but there something about taking the old hymns and renewing them in fresh and powerful ways. Thanks for leading us. Continue to be led by the LORD!
By cl, at 4/04/2006 11:59 AM
I am having a problem with the download from iTunes. I purchased the cd, but Awesome is the Lord Most High skips. I was curious if anyone else had this problem. I think the cd is amazing, but I'm a bit disapointed in the skipping.
By Ashley George, at 4/04/2006 12:05 PM
The iTunes page listed above will get you to where you can buy EG, but doesn't list the songs. You can work around that by using the shopping cart feature ... as if any of us needs the listing anymore having worn out the 30-second clips!
By Tammie, at 4/04/2006 12:42 PM
Anybody know why there is no track listing or clips on iTunes?
By higgie08, at 4/04/2006 12:58 PM
I got it on iTunes. Awesome CD, listened to it on my way to and from class (30 minute drive). The "Awesome Is the Lord Most High" song has skips / blank parts. If you go to Apple's support, let them know, and they should refund you and tell you to wait about 2 weeks for the corrected song to appear (that's how it happened last time, anyway). The form is on the iTunes Support pages ...
By Anonymous, at 4/04/2006 1:02 PM
Tomlin's Arriving is a staff favorite on the front page of itunes today! Continue to show Yourself Lord!!!
By Anonymous, at 4/04/2006 2:00 PM
Yup, I had the same problem with "Awesome Is the Lord Most High." I reported it to iTunes and am sure they will take care of it. I've had the urge all day to just walk around the office doing the "party clap" :)
By Anonymous, at 4/04/2006 2:00 PM
I didn't read all of the comments, so someone may have beaten me to this, but I'll say it anyway so that hopefully Louie doesn't have to...
Turn it up, don't burn it up. itunes, not ourtunes. There's nothing glorious about stealing, but there's everything glorious about supporting the cause.
By Biscuet, at 4/04/2006 2:33 PM

Aww man. I ran out to buy the CD on my lunch break, and totally desired to listen to that (and the new United CD, which I wasn't able to find in 3 stores!!).
Anyways, to make a long story short, I can't listen to the Passion CD at all!! =( When I load the CD into my laptop, it doesn't recognize the CD at all. In February, my car was broken into, so I'm unable to listen to it there too... Maybe it'll work on my computer at home...here's to hoping!

Everything Glorious is absolutely amazing ... I never thought last year's CD "How Great Is Our God" could be beaten, but I think this one might have done the impossible!
I love all the songs, expecially Chris Tomlin/Christy Nockels "Glorious" ... that song is written for their voices ... Tomlin absolutely shines in it!!
God Bless!

I love the CD! I got mine in the mail on Saturday and can't stop listening to it. My siblings are getting annoyed by it, but I don't care. Thank you to everyone who made it possible.
By Anonymous, at 4/04/2006 8:53 PM
I got the CD today. I couldn't even wait for lunch and got it on my break. It is amazing and if I sit back and close my eyes it is as if I am reliving it again. I want to say thank you to every single person behind making the CD. All of you did a great job!!!! May God continue to bless you as you help impact His kingdom. But the one who deserves the utmost honor and praise is our Lord Jesus. I continue to pray that the passion has not left all of us who went and it still continues to burn. May this cd be a great doorway to reach those who need Jesus in their lives.
In Christ,
Donna

Hey "Randall the Absolute!"
Keep looking for "United We Stand," I got it on the release date two weeks ago down here in Adelaide and it is amazing, right up there with "Look to You." I also got "Everything Glorious" from my favourite store in town on Monday (yes, 1 day and 16 hours earlier!) and it is just as good as "How Great is Our God" and the United albums.
It warms my heart to listen to Crowder leading worship and interacting with the crowd instead of performing like it must be so tempting to do so. Nobody over here sings like he does, whether in the church or out of the church! But Marty Sampson's voice is just about as distinctive as Crowder's, but deeper and more manly!
I think the last two United albums and the last two Passion albums would have to be the greatest worship albums I have ever heard, though I do like Tree63's "I Stand For You." It is also great that Hillsong are finally getting their act into gear and letting Americans get their hands on some of the greatest praise music you'll ever hear.
These recent United & Passion albums are all amazing CDs and everyone needs to get all four!
Mashy
Adelaide, South Australia
PS the bonus DVD with "United We Stand" is pretty cool as well, just like the "Look To You" bonus DVD.

The CD is Beyond Amazing!
My sister is stationed at Lackland AFB in San Antonio with few connections to the outside world. After she learned I have the CD she asked me if she can send her iPOD home to me so I can download then ship it back to her in TX.
Of CORSE we will do it the legal way!!!!!! No worries.
BLESS THE LORD!!!!

I am totally in LOVE with this CD and the God who is praised on it. Thankyou for bringing back the memories from that awesome week. I was listening to "Our God Reigns" on my way home from work and I felt like I was right back in that huge auditorium worshipping with 18000 others. It was a refreshing moment to my soul.
Also, I have to say that I was a little angry at my mailman, because I had two friends pre-order the CD last week, and they got theirs on Saturday. I however, pre-ordered mine like 4 weeks ago and did not get it until monday. GRRRRR......But that's okay, at least I have it now.
By Anonymous, at 4/04/2006 10:44 PM
I got my cd yesterday in the mail. It is such an awesome cd. Music is life changing. Some of the words of some of the songs really give me something to think about. Thanks!
By Anonymous, at 4/05/2006 7:51 AM
I was so excited to get my hands on Everything Glorious. I jumped in my car after a 7am Prayer Meeting and drove to the music store on my way to volunteering at a crisis pregnancy center at 9. Unfortunately, when I got there, I found out that they didnt open until 10. So I hopped back in the car and drove across the lovely town of Auburn to Wal-Mart. When I got to Wal-Mart the sales rep hadnt even put them on the shelves yet so he let me have one out of the shipping box. So when I showed up to the clinic 10 min late I had to admit with quiet a big smile that the reason I was late was "I did something selfish and had to go buy the Passio cd." My tardiness was forgiven by our amazing staff.

I heard back from iTunes today. They said wait 2 weeks before rebuying the song. But the good news is they said they would refund my money, so thats great! But has anyone downloaded the songs lately and knows that the song is fixed?
By Ashley George, at 4/10/2006 1:20 PM
I just downloaded, hoping that they had fixed it, but the first song still skips. :( I guess I'll email them and hopefully it'll all work out! It is worth it though, WOW! AMAZING. It brings me right back to Passion 06. Praise to God!
By Anonymous, at 4/10/2006 2:10 PM
Louie, i am amazed at this cd. I got it a day before Easter and rocked to it as soon as i got home. I love to praise and worship our Savior, and YES HE IS GLORIOUS!!!!!!!!! I also bought your book, "Wired" and I have to say it stired my soul, thanks Louie for helping me draw closer and closer to my Lord. I hope to go to Passion one day!!!
