Remedy Is Coming

From the lovely and viby confines of Pepper's former digs, the Crowder Band creates. Crafting originality that surpasses melody. A story is unfolding...

I can tell you right now, as if it's some grand surprise, you're going to love what is coming to life here. I certainly do. And though it's a bit presumptive to say more than that...and assume you will so like...I am eager for what is emerging here to take root in you, too.

There's much to say, yet many weeks until Remedy arrives (that being the disc and not the one we carry within)... so for now I will just say I am happy for you that Remedy is coming. Really, really happy.

You can catch the last glimpses of the making of this fine music and follow the adventure at davidcrowderband.com.

  • Louie, I can see you and Shelley on the webcam feed! Pretty exciting stuff I must say. It has been fun tracking with the Crowder band as they enjoy themselves making the record. Can't wait to hear it. And i can't wait to see you in Chicago! Hope all is going well for you and your family.

  • the anticipation is growing. it's almost like waiting for the next slide in one of your slide shows. it is going to blow us away I know. like how many golf balls will fit into the remedy planet this album is going to bring to so many of us?

it is going to be huge.

for me it all started with O Praise Him. i was going through some things. life....refining...etc... i didn't listen to Christian music at the time. i switched the dial over to Christian because the words from the other station reminded me too much of what my life was like at the time. the words i had listened to for so long had left me empty and alone in my car. i turned it to Christian music because i needed someone in the car with me. i didn't like the sound at first. but i didn't care because the words were changing me. changing everything. i could begin to look at faces in the car next to me. i didn't have to hide behind the visor. in my life, of course.

i kept hearing that song. ...all this for a king...

around the same time a friend said he had just been to a concert. my friends words, 'the guy looks kinda wierd. Puffy hair and a killer goatee. You would probably like the sound'.

i didn't know it at the time but a collision was brewing. my life was changing. i had been a believer for a couple of years. but God was changing many things in my life.

i started listening to David Crowder. lyrics many times taken directly from the Word entered my ears and now a part of my bloodstream. life changing moments in my car. God coming out of the speakers of my car just sitting there. amazing. complete.

  • Yes, our hearts and prayers are with Virginia Tech...
    Be near to them, Lord.

    Psalm 23:4
"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me."

  • yes please pray for the families of the students and faculty staff who died today at the university of blacksburg,
    virginia.

I think we should also pray for the person who did this and for his family. It's so horrible what he did! I can't even put that in words. But this must be horrific for his family too.

such a horrible news! I was so shocked when I heard it.
