No IV = Brighter Day

OK, so enough of the arm, but I don't have any pics from inside tonight and this was the fastest way to say I made it to San Diego and had a fabulous night with CT and the boys. We felt humbled to be here playing/speaking for people who have been through much (over 2000 homes were lost in this area) yet came out to celebrate a great God tonight.
Thank you for all your kind words and prayers. They mean more than you know. God in me got me through the night and am so grateful. Spent, but grateful. Looking forward to four more nights in a row!! Headed to Santa Barbara now. LG

  • I just found your blog by searching Google for your name. My 11yo son and I just returned home a little bit ago from the Chris Tomlin concert and I am SO glad you were a part of the evening! Chris was awesome. However, just as awesome was all that you shared with us about God's greatness and how He has created us!!! I am so thankful my son was with me tonight to hear all of that and I pray it draws him closer to our Lord. I was completely humbled by all that you shared and overjoyed to be able to stand up and sing at the top of my lungs praises to God with my hands raised! Thank you!! I will continue to read your blog and pray for you as you continue on this tour. May God bless you all!!

  • Good to see a picture without IV :-) Good to hear that you all well, however I will keep praying for you ;-)

Thanks Louie for all the updates you are giving us! I love reading this blog and hearing how God sets people free! I'm thinking a lot about Passion Boston. It was just amazing there, never ever have seen and experienced something like that before. How weird it sounds...I always think that I've experienced it all, have seen how God can move in my heart and in other peoples hearts...but then He blows me away AGAIN, in an even bigger way. I can only think of that He will continue to blow me away in bigger ways...have no clue how! haha.. But it's God, He has ways!!

Thanks for the update. I will continue to pray for you, CT, Travis, Daniel, Jesse, Matt, Greg and the rest of the staff!!

  • Have been following the news on a frequent basis about the fires in CA. It's awful and horrible what happened there, words can't even describe it and I think most uf us can't even imagine what all those people are going through. I pray for these people and I pray that God will help them and guide them through this all!

  • Just discovered this site recently, even though I am a former 7:22'er from Atlanta now living in FL.I used to see you and Shelley at Houston's all the time and wanted to thank you, but didn't want to bother you while you guys were out together eating. I am a bit older than college age now, but want to thank you, Shelley and all the people who get behind Passion for having made such an impact on my walk with God. I am an artist and spend a lot of time while I am working listening to you and Andy Stanley preach. Thank you for challenging me and for sowing into my life and the lives of so many others. I pray God will pour out His Spirit and blessing there! Glad you are out of the hospital and doing better!

  • Great to have you back Louie and to hear all went well. Thanks for keeping us updated on all of this. I had watched on TV, while out of town, on all of the fires and it is just devastating. But then to see the magnitude of God's love in all of this and people who can still come out and celebrate the greatness of God in the midst of the storm just blows me away. Being in the midst of my own storm right now, I can relate and say for a fact that despite this tragedy in CA, as well as my own, I know that God is still in control and is still worthy of all of our praise and worship.

Still keeping all of you guys lifted up in prayer with this tour, as well as Passion. How glorious it will be with the World Tour and take the name of Jesus to the ends of the earth!!! Many blessings guys!!
